How to request a refund

• Reply to your receipt or license email, or write to hello.dearroroapp@gmail.com from the email you purchased with.
• Include the word "refund" — that's genuinely all we need. Telling us why is optional (but helps us improve).

What happens next

• We process the refund through Stripe, usually within 2 business days of your email.
• The money returns to your original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to show it.
• Your license key stops being eligible for support and future updates after the refund.

Statutory rights

This guarantee is voluntary and more generous than most statutory withdrawal rights for digital content. It does not limit any rights you have under your local consumer law (for example, the EU's 14-day withdrawal right).
