1. What you're buying

DeskSquat is a one-time-purchase application for macOS and Windows sold by Dear RoRo (operated by Eunggyu Lee, Rehbergstrasse 4, 81479 Munich, Germany; "we", "us"). Paying the one-time price grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use DeskSquat on the number of devices your plan includes (1 device for Personal, 2–5 for Together), including all future updates to the app. This is a license, not a sale of the software itself.

2. License key & activation

After checkout your license key is emailed to you. Keep it safe — it's your proof of purchase. Pasting the key into the app activates it for that machine via a one-time online check; after that, verification runs offline. Each activated device takes one of your license's device slots. You may move your license to a different machine you own at any time (Settings → License → Deactivate on the old machine, or confirm the move when activating on the new one; device changes are limited to one per 90 days to prevent key sharing — write us if you legitimately need more). Sharing keys publicly or reselling them is not permitted, and we may invalidate keys that are.

3. Health disclaimer

DeskSquat is a coaching tool, not medical advice. Squats and other physical activity carry inherent risk. Consult a physician before starting any exercise routine, especially if you have existing injuries or conditions, and stop if you feel pain. You exercise at your own risk, and we are not liable for injuries arising from your use of the app.

4. No warranty

DeskSquat is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't warrant that it will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Detection quality depends on your camera, lighting, and setup. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

5. Refunds

Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee — see the refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

6. Changes

We may update these terms for future sales; the terms in effect when you purchased apply to you. Material changes will be posted on this page.
